My pack looks stuck

Generation continues only while the app is open. Open Pookie and leave it in the foreground for a few minutes; the pack picks up exactly where it left off.

A sticker does not look like my pet

Open the sticker and choose redraw. You can add a note about what is off, and the new version is drawn with your correction.

Installing to WhatsApp or Telegram

Open your pack, tap Install, and choose the app. WhatsApp adds a sticker tray; Telegram adds a sticker set, including the animated ones.
