Pookie: Pet Stickers
Privacy Policy
Last updated August 8, 2026
Pookie turns photos of your pet into sticker packs. This policy explains exactly what the app does with your data, in plain language.
Photos
- The photos you pick are uploaded to our generation server for one purpose: drawing your sticker pack.
- They are stored alongside your pack so it can be restored, expanded with new stickers, and redrawn on request.
- We never sell your photos, share them with third parties for their own use, or use them to train models.
- Image generation is performed by our AI providers under their API terms, which do not permit training on your content.
- Deleting a pack in the app deletes its artwork and reference photos.
Sign in (optional)
- Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and only labels your packs on your device.
- Your name and email stay on your device. Our server never receives them.
Purchases
- All purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Analytics
- We use PostHog to understand how the app is used, so we can fix what is broken and improve what is confusing.
- What we record: which screens are opened and what happens in them, such as a pack being started or finished, how long a drawing took, whether it succeeded or failed, and which options were chosen. These events are tied to a random identifier created when you install the app.
- What we never send to analytics: your pet's name, your photos, your name, or your email. Your pet's name never leaves your device at all.
- The random install identifier is not Apple's advertising identifier, and we do not collect one. We do not record your screen.
- We do not use any of this for advertising, we do not combine it with data from other companies, and we do not sell it.
What we do not do
- No ads, no advertising trackers, no selling of any data.
